Pearl Mitchell is a passionate Associate Pastor at New Beginning Full Gospel Church in Uniontown, PA, where she has faithfully served for more than 25 years. Her ministry is centered on empowering individuals to discover and walk in their God-given purpose, guided by her personal motto: “If I can reach one, I can teach one; if I can teach one, I can reach one.” Alongside her pastoral role, Pearl is a dedicated part-time counselor and independent contractor with For My Good Counseling Services, where she provides compassionate support to individuals navigating life’s challenges. She is also the Co-Founder of Campus Lighthouse Ministry, a Domestic Violence Advocate, and a published author of works including My Life or His and The Best & The Worst. Known for her wisdom, authenticity, and heart for people, Pearl creates safe spaces for healing and growth. Her lifelong commitment to faith, empowerment, and advocacy continues to inspire and transform the lives of those she serves.

As the Office Manager, she oversees the organization’s daily operations, manages internal processes, and ensures that the team has the support they need to succeed. Amanda’s behind-the-scenes work is integral to the smooth functioning of the organization, allowing the team to focus on providing exceptional care and support to their clients. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Amanda leads the agency’s marketing and media efforts. She is the creative force behind campaigns that amplify the organization's mission and connect with the community. Her keen eye for design, strategic thinking, and attention to detail ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s identity and goals. Amanda is passionate about mental health and is deeply committed to creating an environment where both clients and team members feel supported, empowered, and valued. Her hands-on leadership, resourcefulness, and dedication make her an essential part of the FMG team. Fun Fact: Amanda is a proud dog mom to her pug, Mario. Known for her warm, client-centered approach, Starshemah creates a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered. She is deeply passionate about walking alongside clients as they work through life’s challenges, build resilience, and cultivate the confidence and clarity needed to move forward.
